All products sold on Dalesicorp are digital goods — patterns, guides, and templates delivered instantly by email. Because there is no physical item to send back, this policy describes our refund terms rather than a traditional product return.

1. Our 30-day refund guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date if:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable and we are unable to resolve the issue;
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was advertised on the product page; or
  • You did not receive your download link within a reasonable time after payment was confirmed and our support team could not resolve the delivery issue.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, we ask that you contact us before making a purchase if you are unsure whether a pattern fits your needs.

2. How to request a refund

Email info@dalesicorp.com with your order number and the reason for your request. There is no cost to you to submit a request, and we do not charge any return or restocking fee.

3. Refund processing time

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we process refunds within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method. Depending on PayPal's own processing times, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-refundable situations

Because digital files can be copied and are not returnable in a physical sense, we may decline a refund request if:

  • The 30-day window has passed;
  • The request is based on a change of mind rather than a defect or delivery issue; or
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe the refund request is fraudulent or abusive.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable state or federal consumer protection law.
