Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, including PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, and PayPal-supported debit/credit cards.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed directly by PayPal. Dalesicorp does not see or store your full payment credentials.

Digital Delivery
How do I receive my pattern after purchase?

Your digital download link is sent instantly to the email address used at checkout, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

I didn't get my download email. What do I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still missing, email info@dalesicorp.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Can I download my pattern again later?

Yes, your download link does not expire. If you lose access, contact us and we'll help you retrieve your files.

Returns & Refunds
Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Yes. We offer a 30-day refund guarantee for defective, undelivered, or materially misdescribed products, at no cost to you. See our full Return & Refund Policy.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original PayPal payment method.

Using Our Patterns
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?

Please refer to the specific license terms listed on each product page and our Terms of Service. Unless stated otherwise, patterns are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Can I share or resell the pattern files themselves?

No. Redistributing, reselling, or publicly sharing our digital files is not permitted under our Terms of Service.
