By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & digital delivery

Dalesicorp sells digital products, including crochet and amigurumi patterns, guides, and templates, delivered electronically via email. No physical goods are shipped. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

2. Orders & payment

We currently accept payment via PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

3. License to use digital products

When you purchase a pattern or digital product from Dalesicorp, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for personal, non-commercial crafting purposes, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim authorship of our patterns or files.

4. Returns & refunds

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe our or any third party's intellectual property; upload harmful code; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
